I have to say that I have always been skeptical of Ads or anyone stating that they can help build your business specially an Auto Shop. BUT, the decision that I made to jump on board with Chris has to be the BEST decision I have made yet since I have been in business for myself. I can assure you that Chris most certainly has the knowledge and motivation to help you get your Auto Shop moving in the right direction. All you shop owners are seeking answers on how to get to that next level with whatever idea you may have or if you’re struggling. If you are contemplating about asking Autofix for help because you don’t have the money or feel that you’re going to get ripped off I can assure you that every cent spent will be a dollar earned. Christmas party was great the team really liked it! Thank you for helping me make all this possible I know that I had Cecil for some time but I feel that you have been key in helping me grow and I appreciate all you have done! I’m pumped for 2019 I think 1.25 is too low of a goal last year I set my sights on 750k for this year and lost hope of that but then you came along and now it looks like we’re going to hit 800k!! Our business has been running into trouble since our takeover, and it has been very difficult to keep it profitable. Thank you for the call. I wanted to let you know that it has been good talking with you during the hectic times since March. A voice of reason and hope. I know on my end I’ve been super all over the place since March and that can be frustrating on your end when it doesn’t look like progress is happening. I met Chris Cotton in the summer of 2012. He was just starting work in Baltimore, Maryland. My shop was a client and Chris was our new consultant/coach. He took his personal time to come visit my shop, on a Saturday, after a week of training in Baltimore. We are about an hour south of Baltimore. No one prior to or since has visited our shop. That says something to me about Chris! I spoke to Chris once a week a year. He was always positive, kind and thoughtful. Offering advice when needed and was a great person to bounce ideas off of. I had Chris Cotton as a business coach for a year. What I liked most about Chris is he did not sugar coat anything. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Chris beginning in 2012. Chris is an outstanding coach and mentor. Chris is also very attentive to the needs of his clients. He has an uncanny ability to listen and absorb situations and help come to a great direction in solving a problem or problems. Chris always goes out of his way to make sure things are going well and working towards the goals that are wanting to be obtained. He always took extra time whenever we needed him to either by phone or email even in instances when it wasn’t a normal time to speak.
