Coaching Skills: Previous coaching or mentoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We’re looking for natural teachers who can break down complex subjects into easily understandable nuggets of wisdom.
Communication: As we’re a remote-first company, effective online communication is essential. You’ll need to be comfortable with virtual platforms, video conferencing, and maintaining responsive contact with clients and the team.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Our clients are business owners, and we’re looking for coaches who understand the entrepreneurial journey, with all its ups and downs.
Integrity: Honesty, transparency, and a high moral compass are non-negotiables. We’re entrusting you with our clients’ businesses, and we expect you to treat them with the same care and respect as you would your own.
