Are you passionate about the auto repair industry and ready to share your knowledge with others? We are seeking team members who are proactive problem-solvers, excellent communicators, and driven by a desire to help auto repair shop owners achieve their business goals. You’ll be working remotely with a highly collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and community-building.
Real-World Expertise: We’re looking for candidates with a deep understanding of the aftermarket auto repair industry. Whether you’re a former shop owner, service advisor, or technician, your insights and experience will be invaluable to our clients. If you’ve successfully worked your way out of day-to-day shop operations, even better!
Coaching and Mentoring Skills: While previous coaching experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. We are looking for natural teachers—people who can simplify complex topics and provide actionable, relatable advice.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Our clients are business owners navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. We want coaches who understand the ups and downs of running a business and can offer guidance based on experience.
Excellent Communication: As a remote-first company, strong online communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable with virtual platforms, video conferencing, and maintaining clear, responsive communication with both clients and team members.
