An 8 Week Class Offered by Autofix Auto Shop Coaching

Building Blocks of Success is designed to give shop owners a basic understanding of, and tools to measure, key financial information to help them improve their Gross Profit, Net Profit and Productivity, as well as create some Basic Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for their business. It will also include a discussion of a best practices Profit Model, understanding your Profit & Loss Statement, and Strategies and Processes to Improve Sales.
Each Session would be up to 2 Hours of Training and Discussion. Attendees will receive a Workbook of Spreadsheets and Useful Handouts.
