With 28 years of experience in the automotive industry (1996 to present), I have worked in various roles including porter, vehicle detailing, parts procurement, billing, appointment scheduling, estimate creation, and client sales. I excel in shop workload dispatch, effective communication with clients and team members, as well as pre- and post-visit follow-ups. My focus is on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
